The directions and instructions in this book are very good. I have made a couple of the bread recipes and my husband is raving about the results. I don't have the same machine as used in the book, but I use the Whole Grains setting on my Black and Decker bread maker and the bread tastes and smells wonderful. This is a very good book to buy and use. I plan to try more recipes.

Before ordering this book I didn't check it out carefully enough. I was disappointed because I have a Cuisinart Bread Machine and this book is taylor made for the Zojirushi machine. As I am new to the world of using a machine I was looking for a book which could better serve my needs as a novice Cuisinart user rather than the Zojirushi user. Therefore I will be returning this book. Needless to say, I would have been thrilled of all the testing was done with my Cuisinart machine. No such luck!

I recently became gluten intolerant and had a terrible time finding fresh, affordable and tasty breads. After much research and conversations with friends, I decided to purchase this book along with a Zojirushi bread maker. Now that I understand what I need to have in stock in my home and how to store it, I can affordably and simply make fresh and THE BEST gluten free breads at home. No more stale, overpriced, cardboard-like gluten free breads! Thank you for a great, clear cookbook. The only other book you need is her baking cookbook!
