An information book,
This review is from: Gluten-Free Cooking For Dummies (Paperback)
I have type 2 diabetes along with celiac disease, and at times it's hard to think of some thing to eat that is gluten-free and will not put up my blood sugar. This book gives me good ideas.

Dummies Books - how good are they? Korn and Sarros wrote it!,
By
This review is from: Gluten-Free Cooking For Dummies (Paperback)
Picked this up for some donations within our chapter and thought Donna Korn and Connie Sarros are leaders in their cooks they put out - this book has to be great! And sure it is! Toned down for those new to the diet it covers what you need and cooking gluten free in its basic form. Great for people starting out. These Dummies books are attracting high end authors these days and are well worth thet discounted price to get mainstream recipes to get you started. Fun book to have - in fact I bought myself a copy as they were 50% off!
