How do you mess up a kettlebell? Short answer is you can't... It's a cannonball with a handle, what the h* do you expect from a review?! It's heavy and you swing it. Shut up.

The item is perfect, however the initial order never showed up, amazon dealt with it fairly and put expidited delivery on a follow up order and it was in my house 3 days later. Very good kettle bell, but the initial UPS service was poor. I wish UPS wouldn't get used with Canadian orders.

I find it hard to find kettlebells and when I do, they are quite pricey. Good price! DVD that comes with it is ok, but not my favourite.
