Goddess Workout Bellydance with Veils

I have taken belly dancing classes and found this to be a mild workout as is fitting a slow veil dance. I would not recommend this video to anyone who does not have a basic understanding of the bellydancing body moves. She moves very quickly through those moves but is very good at breaking down the veil techiques which are simple and easy to master. She wears pants for the instructional technique sections but switches to a skirt for the routine so you don't see her legs. The backgrounds are very relaxing and the camera work focuses on the veil work at all times. In all, I broke out into a mild sweat, got a little dizzy from spinning with the routine, but enjoyed the DVD.
