Product Description

About the Author

Walid Shoebat was born and raised in Bethlehem, Israel by an Arab father and an American mother. His paternal grandfather was an associate of Haj-Ameen Al-Husseini, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, who was an ally of Adolph Hitler, who conspired with the Nazis during the holocaust. Walid grew up a terrorist but when he married a Christian woman, he was challenged to examine the Bible in 1993 and compare it with the Qur'an. That experience made him a convert to Christianity.

Joel Richardson is the author of several books including The New York Times bestselling Islamic Antichrist: The Shocking Truth About the Real Nature of the Beast. He is an internationally recognized expert on Biblical prophecy, the Middle East, and Islam, a human rights activist, commentator and columnist for WND.

I reminded myself frequently that Mr Shoebats' roots are in a different culture and his style of crafting a convincing argument is mid-eastern not western. I found the interpretation of familiar scriptures from a mid-eastern perspective was fascinating. Walid presents the thesis that Islam is actively working to usher in the 'end times' with alarmingly clarity. He doesn't claim to be 100% right but my feeling is he is a lot closer than anything else I've considered. I particularly liked the balancing of the Islamic view of end times and Islam agendas with our response to that view and agenda. For anyone prepared to examine all things with an enquiring mind this is a must read. Joel Richardson's book The Islamic Antichrist: The Shocking Truth about the Real Nature of the Beast on the other hand is a clear western style argument. They complement each other. I found Walids insights as a mid-easterner to be very compelling. This is a 'megatrend' of prophetic proportions and dangerous to be ignorant of. The kind of book you buy more than one of to share around.

This book is not only well written but documented from personal experience. Very eye opening to the real world of Islamic terrorism. A must read for all North Americans trying to understand what's behind all this Eastern Islamic hatred of our culture. Also a comment on reviewer "dove" who gave this book only a one star. Check out his other ratings and you will know where he is coming from.

I purchased Walid Shoebat's book, God's War on Terror, last year through Amazon.ca. I not only read it, I studied it, and wrote out about 100 pages of information from the book. I checked every scripture reference quoted. Not only did I check the references in the K.J.V., but 4 other translations as well, including the Christian Jewish Bible. The book itself is very deep and not written in a quick, easy to understand format. At least I found it that way and I read alot of Christian books. However,

Everything seemed to check out until I got to the last 6 pages, Appendix C. It is not written by Mr. Shoebat, it is written by a Josiah Litch, "Fall of the Ottoman Empire" August 11, 1840.Obviously okayed by Mr. Shoebat as he had it inserted. If Mr. Shoebat believes that Turkey has already received the 2 woes and is awaiting the 3rd,. then he has lost a supporter. Perhaps I am misquoting something, I have re-read those pages about 4 times with the same concept. I am trying to get ahold of Mr. Shoebat, but I do not have facebook, tweeter, etc. Just an old computer that is good enough for me. I am 75 yrs old and have studied Biblical Christian Prophecy for 54 yrs.
Eschatology has been and still is, high priority. It is totally impossible for Turkey and Turkey alone to have already gone through the first 2 woes and are awaiting the third. That is totally imposterous. The woes are God's final war on the completely unfaithful throughout the world and the AntiChrist and his leaders. The "woes" are the flask or bowl judgments. The very final judgments that come immediately after the rapture. Yes, I am pre-wrath.
So----where are we according to scripture if the 3rd woe is to yet fall on just Turkey.? I am really upset at Mr. Shoebat's final entry in his book.

This is an amazing book. The first real book that makes sense on the scenario of End Time events and who are the real players as Biblical prophecy unfolds. This book also gives interesting parallels of what is predicted in the Qur'an vs. the Bible. The author is a former terrorist with an interesting personal story to tell albeit he does not dwell on that aspect very long, it simply gives some authenticity to the research.

God's War on Terror is a middle east history lesson that ties that drama to today's developing news events.

The Footnotes are extensive so anyone can continue with personal research by following these resources.

God's Terror is very, very different then we have read from many Biblical Prophecy experts, teachers and also from some of our most notable authors of popular thrillers. What a relief!

There are 1831 Biblical prophecies that have been fulfilled with only limited prophetic End Time events yet to come. If you would like to know who are the players, the events, and the indicated time line then read the God's War On Terror along side the Scriptures quoted and add the daily news. You will be shocked at how events are unfolding the evidence.

God's War... is not an easy book to read with all the names, places and history lessons that most of us are unfamiliar with but the plough through is worth it. This is one of those books that you will use as a reference book for the next few years.

Interesting look from the other side . Different perspective with many eye opening revelations.
He has his biography revealed as part of this book to identify where he came from and how he's been changed.

For those of you into biblical eschatology Walid's work will present ideas outside of typical Western European centric endtime views. Most modern eschatology theologians rebuke his ideas. The problem is they throw out all his arguememts without giving credence to those points he does make which are valid. it's funny that John Calvin, one of the fathers of the church reformation, agrees with some of Walid's points.

For all readers, Christian or non Christian alike, Walid's work introduces everyone to the reality behind the so called religion of peace; Islam. He uses the Islamic history itself and the life of their prophet to reveal to non Muslims the truth or foundation behind their faith. He also presents the Islamic end-times prophecies and what it means to the world when the Islamic 12th Imam arrives on the scene. He also makes it clear in no uncertain terms that there is no difference between so called moderate and radical Muslims. For them it's just a difference in approach based upon the validity for the timing of jihad.

For Christians, Walid's book is not for those new to eschatology, gain some understanding of Westen Centric endtimes first. Ensure you understand the meaning of the Psalm 83 war, Ezekial 38 war and Armagedon. Always use the bible as your supreme reference and give his word a read! You are in for a wild ride!

To those curious about the "mark of the beast" and want to hear a totally new idea - well Walid's work will give it to you! While I don't fully agree with his arguement on a translation error between Greek letters and Arabic script. His idea is food for thought.

The book is written at a high school reading level and it could have been edited better.
