Seriously, this was one of THE hottest Blaze books. I loved the three little snippets of the sex scenes (there are other full love scenes), but wished they would have expanded off of those, they were definitely hot.

Definitely a keeper, Mar 2 2003

Roxy (Roxanne) Archer is tired of her good-girl reputation and sets out to change it. She makes herself over, and hits the bars, the object of her desires already in sight. After an incredible night with handsome cowboy Tom Steele, Roxy can't bear to part with him, and suggests a summer long fling - no strings, just hot sex. But as the end of summer approaches, can either stand to let the other go?!
I absolutely loved this book. It would have to be my all-time favourite Blaze novel. The sex scenes were extremely hot and I loved seeing Roxy and Tom grow closer and closer.
I recommend this to every romance reader.

Roxanne Archer has been a good girl all her life. Now that's about to change. She has left the safety of her Connecticut teaching job for the adventure of the pro rodeo circuit. Determined to have her last hooray over her summer break, Roxanne (a.k.a. Roxy) scopes out the cowboy 'candidates' for her ideal summer fling- enter Tom Steele.
Armed with a fake San Antonio accent she sets out to pick up Tom at a local honky-tonk. It works, and soon the two are ensconced in a motel room going at it like bunnies. Roxy doesn't realize that Tom has his own agenda. He is making this his last season on the pro rodeo circuit before he hangs up his spurs and settles down. This is his last chance to find himself a good time girl.
The two enjoy their tryst so much that they make a pact to continue the 'fling' for the summer, no strings attached; which would have been fine, except their hearts refuse to cooperate.
This book is a fun read, sassy, sexy, and outlandishly steamy. If you like your romances hot, hot, hot, then you'll enjoy Candace Schuler's latest effort.
