Gordon's view of "Family Fare" is still very gourmet, which is fine if you have the time. I made one of the recipes around the holidays and everyone loved it.

I'm a big fan of Gordan Ramsay. Bought this book for my wife's birthday. What a disappointment! There's not a single recipe inside that we would cook. The photographs are terrible, many of them even out of focus. Did Ramsay even see this book before it went out to the public? Don't waste your money.
