The melt-in-the-mouth taste sensation of hot baked Brie cheese is a taste you won't soon forget. This porcelain Brie baker with matching lid makes it even easier to prepare and serve. Just place a small individual brie cheese in the oven-proof serving dish, sprinkle with toppings, and bake in the oven. Also try baked Camembert, double cream, or any favourite soft cheese. For best results, cut lines in the top of the Brie in the shape of a star before baking, to allow the soft cheese inside to expand and make an attractive presentation. Bake the Brie in the baker with lid off (do not bake with lid on). Carefully remove from the oven and cover with the lid to keep the Brie nice and hot to serve to guests.
