About the Author
Percival Everett is the author of thirteen other books including Glyph, Frenzy, Watershed, Big Picture, Zulus, Cutting Lisa, Suder and God's Country. This year his work has been included in Best American Short Stories, and in the past Everett has judged both the PEN/Faulkner Award and the National Book Award. He is currently professor and chair of English at the University of Southern California. He lives with his wife Francesca on a farm outside Los Angeles.
