I have one of the earlier versions of this book and I love it! I've bought copies for friends as gifts also. Every recipe I've made from this book turned out fantastic and got rave reviews from all who tasted! I especially like the baking section.

Simple recipes. Easy to follow. Nutritious and healthy food for families. I prepared many items to have extras for school lunches. Granola is an incredible start to my day - made a big batch and keep in freezer for quick access. Highly recommend this book to people who are health aware.

I have the Spilling the Beans cook book by Julie Van Rosendaal and love it, so picked up this healthy snack cook book. I really like the layout and the recipes, however the last 2 chapters are missing. I will contact Amazon to see if I can get a replacement as I didn't notice right away. If you get this (or any other) book ensure all the pages are there as soon as you receive it!
PS - I now have the complete book, Amazon promptly replaced it with no hassles whatsoever. Thanks Amazon!

My favourite cookbook! It's full of great recipes for snack foods (including appetizers and desserts) that are tasty, healthy and, for the most part, easy to make. Charmingly written, too! My own copy is getting dog-eared with constant use, and I have given lots of copies as gifts to appreciative friends.
