Format: Paperback
Grazing is the most used recipe book in our house. I bought to initially use for healthier snacks for my 4 year old. But now I use it for everday eating as well. The Gorp, Peanut Butter Power Bars,Cinnamon Sticky Biscuits,Chewy Honey Energy Bars,Caramel Apple Cake are a huge hit. I found some of the recipes have more sugar than I prefer. I have cut it down, usually in half, without losing the flavor or texture of the recipes.
I would highly recommend this book to everyone, not just those of us wanting less fat!

When next needing inspiration for appetizers to bring to parties or simply serve at home, I will definitely turn to this book. And the best part? Everything is low fat so you can feel good about your waistline at the same time as satisfying a severe case of the munchies.

This cook book is awesome! The cracker recipe is easy and fun. Tortilla recipe.... great! Hummus is also very good. The chocolate cake is not over sweet, heavier and great. It is nice to have a healthier snack book. I love this cook book.

This is the best cookbook for appetizers/hors d'oeuvres/finger food, and the recipes are light. This will definitely be the cookbook I turn to when I am having friends for dinner and want to have a few hors d'ouevres to start. Everything you could want in one spot.

The recipes in this book are great for the way we live today. With just two of us at home now, there's less inclination to prepare a big evening meal. Julie's recipes offer a healthy and appealing alternative that won't pack on the pounds.
