This review is from: Great Service (Audio CD)
This disc contains a complete service of William Byrd's music with all the components of an Anglican Church service. Its beautifully sing from start to finish and if you listen to the whole thing a few times it really becomes more of a cohesive work.

The only somewhat strange thing to me is that there are a few odd little organ pieces, with no accompaniment. Its not that they are solo pieces that I find odd, but rather the sound of the organ itself. I suspect that this is some unusual or older organ rather than the main organ of the Church that this recording was made in. But while they are a bit odd, they really grow on me.
