I own this water kettle. I love it. It contains an infuser. I can see the beauty of the tea; blooming posy tea and falling water and feel the essence of a nice cup of tea can offer you. It relax your body,your soul and mind. It is ready set and bloom. Awesome.

Careful what you wish for

This glass kettle looks great, it is enough for making 3-4 cups of tea but here are the problems:
1.The glass Infuser is the flaw of this combination: it is so thin and it breaks easily. Mine when arrived had a tiny crack it got larger and larger in just two weeks. I drink tea twice a day so if you are planning to use this kettle everyday do not buy it.
2.Glass of the kettle itself is also too thin so you have to be careful when you are washing it or carrying it around.
3.When I got the kettle and I found a tiny crack in it I contacted the customer service; they asked me to leave a positive feedback in order to get a replacement!!!!!!!!!! I found it unprofessional, Thanks for Amazon returning policy I returned the kettle.
Suggestion: After hours of search I bought a Primula kettle with glass infuser from target for half of a price. They made it from a thicker glass and I am using it everyday.

I received this yesterday and am quite pleased. We've made 3 pots of tea already!
I wanted something pretty, something that I can heat water in, and also make/serve tea in. This does it! It is very delicate looking, and look pretty sitting on my stove top when not in use. The only downside is that it is quite delicate (my kids will not be handling it much) and it can only be used on medium heat - making boiling water a bit longer than usual.

I bought this teapot on December 20, 2010. After a couple of uses, a crack developed in the infuser. After contacting the manufacturer, they shipped a new infuser directly to me, for no cost even though I was willing to pay for one. This was excellent customer service. The new infuser has held up so far and we are very pleased with the item as a whole. It is delicate but we knew that when purchasing it. I would recommend this company to anyone as it is rare these days to get such good customer service.
