Guns and Hollywood Roses) and was founded 1985 in Hollywood. Their debut album Appetite For Destruction took over number 1 of the US charts in 1987 and immediately became a mega seller. On the highlight of their musical career they played a concert in the New Yorker Ritz with triumphal success. Unfortunately it got bizarrely quiet around the band for many years in the 90s but this DVD is the best proof that Guns N Roses is in fact one of the best rock n roll bands in the world. The bad boys from L.A. rock like the gods. You only need to hear the fi rst sun-drenched accords of Mr. Brownstone and the following ecstasy in the stadium: Then it becomes completely normal to wear chequered skirts and colored scarfs around the head.

The video quality is poor, I expected that. What I didn't expect was for every swear word to be loudly censored with a beep that covers the music as well as the vocals. I have seen this show uncensored before, this version is disappointing.
