As far as I understand now, this product cannot possibly work. You need a converter (not just a cable, but a box) that will change digital signals to analog or vice versa. I didn't realize this product was a scam until I bought it. I was very disappointed, but this could have been prevented with a little more research on my part. I hope no one else falls for the same trick. If this is the case, shame on the sellers for selling a product that has no hope of working. If I'm understanding the situation correctly, this is unethical.

This cord cannot work. It is impossible. You MUST have a converter. After buying and then doing the research (silly I know), I learned this important fact. Do not buy.

SCAM
This cable will not work. It is impossible to connect VGA (analog signal) to an HDMI (Digital) signal without a converter.
