Purchased this product on amazon.ca about a month ago. It arrived some days before the estimate delivery date. When I received it all I had to do was without any issue. Unpacked it, turned it on, configured everything required by HP, I connected to my home Wifi, then started to import things from my Acer. So far everything is good with it, I haven't had any issue (it's for personal use). The battery is not bad at all, actually it can stand about 3h45mns of heavy use (video, chatting, reading, internet browsing, etc I dont play any game on it though)with 70% brightness. Memory (500Gb) is what most laptops out there offer.I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone! :-)

Extremely terrible product by HP, the laptop's WiFi randomly disables without a warning not only does this happen, but it over heats quite a bit.
