About the Author

Elizabeth Verdick has been writing books since 1997, the year her daughter was born. Her two children, now ages 13 and 8, are the inspiration for nearly everything she writes. Elizabeth lives with her family and five pets near St. Paul, Minnesota.

Please see my comment for CALM DOWN TIME. Both books are amazing. VIBRANT, BEAUTIFULLY WRITTEN, My 3 year old loves to read these books and my one year old daughter can also look through them because they are board books and tough and sturdy!!! money well spent. I am actually looking into the who collection of these books. Buy them you wont regret it!!!

I ordered the paperback through the library and was very impressed. I run a daycare and the children loved it, all ages. I bought the BOARD BOOK because it was cheaper and it SUCKED. The concepts are oversimplified and there are less ideas on what to do with your hands instead of hitting.
