Having come across this movie by chance while researching a story I took a risk and ordered it from Canada. (It wasn't available in the UK at the time.)I enjoyed it immensely! I've read a couple of quite negative reviews by movie critics but think they're talking through their hat. This is a funny, poignant and thoughtful movie and well worth seeing. The humour sneaks up on you as does the sorrow. The acting- I knew none of the actors beforehand- is compelling and I ended up caring about the characters. For me it struck a host of good, clear notes and I would recommend it to anybody. Keep an open mind and take it as it unfolds- it's beautiful and very real.
