Album Description
2009 sophomore albu from the singing global superstars who broke the Guinness world record for the fastest selling classical debut album of all time. The Priests, brothers Fathers Martin and Eugene O'Hagan and Father David Delargy, were young school friends when they first sang together at the age of 12 (Martin and David) and 15 (Eugene). Their love of singing continued whilst studying for the priesthood in Rome. Once ordained, all three took up parish commitments. Singing was both part of prayer plus, in their spare time, they performed in local operas, musicals and choirs. In February 2008, a record company scout knocked on their door and asked them to make a demo. The rest, as they say is history. The Priests never allow their music commitments to stand in the way of their day jobs and parish obligations.

Having thoroughly enjoyed "The Priests" - their first CD, I was eager to hear the next one. They did not disappoint.The CD title is particularly apt, as all the pieces are beautifully harmonised. I bought one copy for myself, and three as gifts, and all the recipients were thrilled. The selections are almost all hymns or sacred songs, with the exception of the last one, "You'll Never Walk Alone" from the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical, "Carousel", which the Priests included for two reasons - the positive feedback they got on tour when they sang it, and because of its uplifting theme. I highly recommend this CD.

Better than ever: The Priests in Harmony,

After buying and listening to The Priests' debut album last December, I was hooked on any information about them and was eagerly waiting for their next album. Lo and behold, here comes their second album Harmony. I really like their rendition of old favourites and their harmonic arrangements......beautiful blending and voicing!

This is a great CD. I love the songs and the beautiful voices of the priests. I have just about worn out the CD.
