Review
Bedford's contribution to the field of keyboard literature is vital; her work reveals the brisk activity maintained by the revival of these two venerable keyboard instruments, and it proves that contemporary composers are interested in writing works for them. Her excellent volume will be an invaluable resource for music library reference divisions and especially useful to keyboard performers, teachers, and students. (
