This is one of the band's best albums. A lot of people have stated that they started getting a little more soft here, but I don't see it. It may not be as heavy as "One Vice at a Time" but its still rocks out. The band has always been good at mixing hard rock with catchy choruses and good melody. They do that here in the form of great tracks like "Screaming in the Night" with its great buildup, "Eat the Rich" and the title track. If you like Krokus or good solid hard rock in general, you will like this album a lot
i will start out by saying this is better than anything acdc has put out since flick of the switch in 83, storace has a voice just like bon scott and this could have come out after highway to hell with great ease/ No wonder storace was considered for his replacement. Every song on here is awesome and screaming in the night is the heaviest power balled i have ever heard next to the ballad by testament which isnt fair because they are a thrash band. I think storace is a much better vocalist than brian johnson and thats saying something.
Krokus is, surprisingly, a pretty obscure band that never really got the recognition it deserved. There are many classic metal songs on here such as Headhunter, Screaming in the Night, and Eat the Rich. This album should be known by all people who think they know metal.
