This book contains useful tips (setting small goals, reflexology, benefits of good sleep, etc.) for coping with depression. The tips are numbered one through fifty-two, but there does not appear to be any rhyme or reason to the chronology, as there is no "flow". Some "tips" are not tips at all, but are rather nuggets of information; for instance, # 16 provides a brief explanation of the brain's neurotransmitters.

The book could have been organized much better, providing the reader with an easier way to access information useful to him/herself, without having to sift through the entire book. For instance, one section could include tips related to changing one's mindset, while another could focus on changing behaviors. The tips could further be organized in a logical progression, so that the reader can focus on one change at a time, with one change leading naturally into the next.

After a preliminary read, it's unlikely that I will reference this book again, due to the lack of organization.

This very well written and highly informational regarding the help and care for stress and anxiety.
For me, I have found this book to be so helpful that I will share with you the reasons why I am recommending this book to you:

1) There are 52 (small) chapters in this book and each chapter is in my opinion a mini lesson on how to deal with different stressful situation each chapter is very easy to follow and understand.

2) This book covers many things that can be done to help with stress and VERY HELPFUL for stress. (I have personally tried some of these suggestions and they worked well for me).

3) My favorite chapter is Chapter 21 called Crisis Management, in this section the author explained ways to prepare for a very stressful week or event and how NOT to become a victim of the event or situation. This is a short section, yet I applied the information that I learned and found it to be very helpful as lately I was going through a very stressful event.

4) Every chapter in this book is full of helpful information that I have found has helped me greatly. This book is a superb reference book, one that I plan to read often as it is helpful and inspiring in times of stress.

Highly recommend this book.

I've read this book two or three times by now. It has so many great ideas on how to calm yourself down. I turn to it whenever i'm feeling depressed or panicky. It has really helped me in the past year. Buy it!
