This DVD has really helped me alot with my fibromyalgia and chronic pain. The breathing techniques and yoga poses helped me to relieve some of my pain. It also stresses that you should not go beyond your means. I highly recommend this DVD.

I have Fibromyalgia and need a gentle, but effetive yoga workout. Many beginner yoga tapes are simply beyond my abilities! This routine is wonderful, it is relaxing and has the modifications that I need to make it doable!

After trying other "level 1-beginner" yoga tapes, I was hesitant to try another. This routine is so relaxing and gentle. I didn't have to contort my body into circ du soleil (?) positions! It is a perfect addition to the pain management program I am in for myofacial pain syndrom, fibromyalgia and TMJ disorders that have been radiating into my neck and back. I felt so relieved after using this program. I would definitely recommend this and others by these particular instructors.
