Very easy to read and very informative. A lot of information that I did not know about my neck pain and was later confirmed by my doctor. This book allows you to go straight to the exercises and then go back and read the information regarding reasons for neck pain. I would recommend it if you suffer from neck or shoulder pain. I am hoping over time it will help control the pain through yoga.

As pain is a different as our minds in every one of us ...this book will it reach everybody...but it could be just the book YOU have been waiting for.
