Are you confused and overwhelmed by all the diet books on the market? Well there's no reason to be. If you really want to eat healthy, loose weight and feel great, this book is for you!
It amazes me how many people purchase "so called" nutrition books with extreme diet plans that are not only complicated, but dangerous to your well being. There's no better plan than God's plan ... God's simple plan!
This book is easy to read which is perfect for people who are not interested in reading a text book--or not interested in reading period. You can start from any page and you'll learn a lot. I had already given this book to several people as gifts, and they in turn did the same. You will learn a lot about diet and nutrition quickly and effortlessly and you'll retain it too. It just couldn't be any easier.
PS: It makes a great coffee table book too!

I ordered this and you know what? I found it to be very much what I was looking for. It has a wealth of info that I was surprised by. You won't feel dumb reading this book. It's easy to understand and they have descriptive information on each item they talk about. I would recommend this book to anyone esp if they are just starting out on the health & nutrition highway of life. Well Done.!!
