I purchased this through amazon and it worked out for me just great. First i was a bit worried to buy stuff online and to make payments but once i ordered the book i got reciept for my payment, then i got emails letting me know that my book has been sent and would take approximately 2 weeks and could track down the product which was helpful. The book was in good condition i did search a lot looking for product that didnt have lot of damage. Also i would suggest ordering a product two or three weeks prior.

Pretty good text book, easy read, but very expansive. Get second hand if possible, or sell it back when you finish.

My review is based on the 3rd edition of this book. This book was required reading in my early childhood education program. It is a great introduction to what is safe, healty, and nutritious for children. A simple straight forward approach to information about children that every parent and/or caregiver should know.
