I have struggled hard to find good French language CDs for my 2-yr-old. I speak French with her on a daily basis, so the CDs that have more English than French tend to be uninteresting at best, and painful at worst. For example, if you're going to listen to a CD dozens of times, how often do you want to hear instructions about how to use the CD? Ugh. I can tell that this CD is a winner, because my daughter puts it on frequently, and I enjoy listening to it, as well.
It would be awesome if this CD included a sentence that actually used each French word that's introduced, rather than just having the vocabulary words stand alone. But besides that critique, this is one of the most fun, entertaining, and effective CDs we have yet found. I also bought it for my nieces, ages 7 and 9, and they really like it, too, so it doesn't feel like a "toddler" learning tool.
