This is one of those CDs that just don't come out of the CD player for a long time once you put it in. There is something so soothing and beautifully ambient about this music that I have yet to tire of it at all. Once it is playing, it's warmth and spirit fill my home in the most pleasing way. It is rare that I find music which so effects me. No matter how stressed out I am, once I hear this, my thoughts begin quiet and my body relaxes. I find myself listening while doing things around the house, reading, talking on the phone, and doing yoga, but my favorite is to listen at bedtime. This is the perfect music for relaxing before bed or even to go to sleep to, which is what I do often. I have also enjoyed other healing music CDs from the Gordons such as Garden of Serenity, or Sanctuary, so I knew I would probably like this one too. That not only turned out to be true, but they seem to just keep getting better and better. Highest Recommendation.
