I am still waiting for my textbook that I ordered one month ago. I politlely complained and without asking, the seller refunded me and told me to get the book elsewhere. I responded by saying I could not get the book anywhere else and still wanted the one I had ordered. To solve the problem they want me to re-order the book (which is in worse condition AND is twice as much money!)Not a good experience overall.
