I bought these for myself. I wear a xlarge size 11, I'd say xl is a med. these barly fit my wife. I thought maybe I'd keep them for a gift but after looking them over I can't even figure out how to get the hand warmers in the little tiny slot they sewed. I use these kind of mitts all the time and believe me there are are lot better ones out there for the same price.

This is a great product for cold days. They fit as expected, come with hand warmers as described, and met my expectations.

I stayed nice and warm this winter when I used my HotHands to keep me nice and snuggly. What a treat.
5.0 out of 5 stars The mittens/gloves were used this winter for snow shoveling and they were very helpful to me. April 27 2014

I worked many years in Alaska on aircraft engines and my hands were subjected to many hours working on the cold engines and
were nearly frost bitten so much that I have trouble keeping my hands warm when shoveling snow or working out doors when the
temperature is below freezing. These mitten/gloves with the hot hands packets did the job for me all winter. Of course at this time
I am 88 years old and not active as I was and there is a circulation problem no doubt. I have one suggestion on the mitten/gloves
on the right hand where the reinforcing material is placed on the palm of the glove it doesn't hold up and comes loose from the glove.
There is not much movement of the right hand holding the handle so it should hold up longer than the left hand that moves much
more than the right. Other wise the mitten /gloves do a good job of keeping my hands warm.
