Book Description

July 2001
In the shadow of your room may be a visitor from the other side. Don't read this fast-paced thriller alone.

Julia Blakeslee has a newfound gift. She is able to see spirits from the other side and communicate with them. A little boy who has passed over contacts Julia in the hopes that she can save his brother and Julia's daughter. Julia finds herself in a race against time as she struggles to save her daughter from a vicious psychotic killer who is out for revenge. Good triumphs over evil but not before leaving a trail of blood and dead bodies behind.

Your entire review is a run on sentence. Just goes to show why books should never be reviewed by idiots. This book was fantastic!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Story! Mar 20 2004
By Laura
This book was great reading. I enjoyed it very much. It could use with some editing but the overall story was fabulous. It was a page turner for sure. I would highly recomend this book to everyone! Great summer reading.

I do not think I have "partially" read a worse book in twenty-five years. It has no punctuation, sentences run on, and it is poorly written. One persistent example: "your" for "you're." My advice to the author is if you have an editor, fire him/her and get another. If you've edited this book yourself, don't edit another. I sincerely think this has to be one of the worse examples of what not to do in writing, in editing, in spelling, and in grammar that I've ever had the misfortune to ask my library to order. I tried to give the book "0" stars, but the fields do not allow that. Pity.
