There is a recall on this item for Canada,

Bought Hells Kitchen season 4 put it in the dvd player disks 1 and 4 are defective.Sent it back to amazon and got a replacement and the same problems are back. Called up VEI they said they had trouble with layering and some other things with the Canada disks However they said they received no complaints from the US shipments. The new date for Hells Kitchen 4 for Canada is May 3rd according to VEI.

Defective Disk 1,

Bought this when it first came out. Disk 1 was defective. Would not play last two episodes. Submitted a return for disk and got a replacement from Amazon and the replacement had the exact same problem. Sent numerous emails to Visual Entertainment (VEI) and got no response on the issue at all. Seriously considering not buying season five when it comes out if this is how they are going to treat their customers!UPDATE - After finding out that there was an issue with their email address blocking me. I have been in contact with VEI and they did send out a replacement disc at no charge. So those having sisues with you discs I urge you to contact them and get a replacement from them.

Why this is still up on here is ridiculous. I have boughten this item 6 times, twice from amazon. And everyone has been defective.
