5.0 out of 5 stars Greg Adams Hidden Agenda tops of list of jazz CDs., Jun 10 2004
By A Customer
This review is from: Hidden Agenda (Audio CD)
This is my very favorite CD for company and dinner guests. They smile as they move their shoulders about and say "Who is that? I want that!" I have carried this CD around and listened to it so many times that I damaged it and am buying it again. I have looked for it for a couple years! The music is smooth and yet upbeat. You just can't help but start moving to the lovely sounds. I see he finally has a new CD and I am buying that also. He is a winner in my book and one CD I just can't be without!

4.0 out of 5 stars Important and exciting trumpet\arranger from the west coast!, Aug 22 1998
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Hidden Agenda (Audio CD)
Greg Adams continues to write and perform wonderful and exciting music after his exit as arranger and trumpeter in Tower of Power. Adams had always been in demand as the "arranger's arranger" for horn section and string section writing throughout the world. This is Adam's debut as a leader on his solo project. If you enjoy music in a jazz\funk style with great trumpet and fluegelhorn playing this is for you.

5.0 out of 5 stars Greg Adams is a Smooth Operator, Mar 4 2001
By Personal Acct Pete and Pam Wright - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Hidden Agenda (Audio CD)
I heard Adam's Smooth Operator on our local jazz station last week, incredible, went to store and purchased Hidden Agenda, which has Smooth Operator as track 3. Really love the CD, went online searching for other CD's by Adams, found none, what a disappointment that this is his only one, it was so good, I figured he had more out.

I hope he has more planned in the future, 1995 was a long time ago.
