The Hitachi C7BMR 15-Amp 7-1/4-Inch Circular Saw provides the stability and power any professional or handyman needs from their tool to get the job done correctly and efficiently. A powerful 15-amp motor with a maximum 1,710-watt output will produce a no-load speed of 5,800-RPM and rip through tile, marble, granite, concrete, brick and other similar materials. Made of heavy-duty die-cast aluminum alloy, the one-piece base offers easy to read front and side scales for accurate measurements. The C7BMR features Internal Double Insulation (IDI) technology that enables the aluminum housing to be intertwined with an injection molded inner nylon core to combine the durability of an all metal body tool with the double insulation advantages of a tool with plastic housing. The 7-1/4-inch, 24-tooth, carbide-tipped blade with 5/8-inch arbor powers through tough cuts with ease and has a 1-27/32-inch depth of cut at 45-degrees and a 2-3/8-inch depth of cut at 90-degrees. The C7BMR Circular Saw is capable of not only making accurate 90-degree cuts, but it can also make clean bevels from 0 to 55-degrees in just about any common framing material. A blade guard protects your hands during angled cuts, and a spindle lock provides an extra level of safety. Other features include an electric brake that stops the blade rotation within seconds preventing unintended cuts and the carbon brush access lets you replace the brush as needed to prolong the life of the tool. The C7BMR weighs only 10.5-pounds and designed with a D-shaped elastomer covered handle to provide a sure grip and improved comfort making this saw an easy tool to use for all day jobs.
