First, I must admit that I am a huge Kristin Hersh fan. This little cd is very cute but not her best work, as in, if I had to make my picks of what to take to the proverbial desert island it might not be on the list. Luckily, I don't have to make those kinds of decisions so it's firmly on the playlist. Sinkhole sends me flying, it's sweet and funny and I can't keep still, then the next track, Circle brings tears to my eyes. That's Hersh for you.
