Excellent machining and shop work reference book,

I've had this book for several years and I'm still amazed by it. It has wide variety of material, from using hand shop tools, milling, lathe machine, material science, sample projects and drawings. Easy enough for beginners, but enough detailed material for more advanced work too. The book shows a Sherline mill and lathe, but the material would still apply to many small machines.
