I use this every day and find it does the trick until I can get to my massage therapist. When you consider that one hour with a therapist costs at least $70, this item pays for itself in one use. Would highly recommend.

This is a great little massage pillow for the price. It uses the same kind of massage rotors that I have seen on MUCH higher priced massage chairs, with a few major differences: 1. The cushion is lightweight and portable, whereas a massage chair is heavy and difficult to move. 2. There are only two massage rotors on the cushion, compared to 6 - 8 on a massage chair, but because you can move the cushion into different positions along your back, you can still get a whole back massage if you want to. 3. The controls are much simpler and more basic with the cushion compared to a massage chair. Your choices are on/off, heat/no heat, and there is an automatic shut-off after 15 minutes over which you have no control. But you can restart the cycle after a few minutes if you want a massage for longer than 15 minutes.
I would definitely recommend this cushion to friends.

I have only used this twice so far and love it. For the price, it is certainly worth grabbing to use for a quick muscle relief here and there. The knobs are strong and manage to get deep into the muscle tissue. Certainly no massage therapist but what machine is? I would highly recommend at this price point.
