This is a great reference guide to homeopathy, which can be appreciated from many different learning levels. As I had provided this book to caregivers who weren't familiar with the theory, I was grateful for the simple and concise explanations (especially a brief synopsis of "suppression vs. cure"). Though the homeopathic remedies recommended for each specific ailment shouldn't be attempted without a professional consultation, I found this reference guide useful, and often a confirmation to being on the right track. The layout of this guide is very convenient, with easy access to various conditions, but more important are the common sense measures provided for each symptom. Also, there is an additional homeopathic resources guide, descriptions of the major remedies, and a first aid section (which is what I originally bought it for).

This is a great reference book for common ailments treated w/o drugs. I love it. She makes it easy to understand and and treat common ailments in our family.
