This little book is a compilation of ideas on how to incorporate gardening into your homeschooling. As compares with what I consider typical of homeschoolers, this book is extremely generous in portion and ideas. Don't let the title or its target audience fool you, however; This little book would be a powerful instrument in the hands of any family trying to "green" up their children. In todays world, I think it's a priority that we consider doing that as parents, and not count on it being done at school. They are typically busy with other things there. The suggestions in this book are each generally small steps you can take with any age child to improve your family's gardening skill, from seed sprouting all the way to entering your gardening trophy's in the county fair. Whatever works for you. And that's the point. Finding a starting idea that fits your family and making the move to action with your children. The book is a definite *win* in my opinion and the only reason it's 4 of 5 stars is because I reserve 5 stars for REAL LOVES! Passionate, deep, thought provoking books. Homeschooling In Your Garden (Easy Homeschooling)is worth its price in every way and I'm sure you'll see the benefits on your smiling children's faces!
