Born and raised in San Diego (where he resides today), Swanson spends his down time bicycling, hiking, or enjoying obscure movies, and occasionally he ponders his former career in film marketing and publicity. Nicknamed 'The Honeymoon Queen,' she has been interviewed by The New York Times and Travel Weekly, and has appeared on CNN and Live With Regis Philbin.
