We have read all of Geshe Michael's and Christie's books. They have helped us immensely. Whether in a business application through the techniques in the Diamond Cutter, or penetrating deep into the spiritual consciousness with methods from their other books, they are all gems. "How Yoga Works" will change your life in dramatic ways if you read it and put the wisdom into practice. My wife and I would rate this book with ten stars if we could. It has helped guide us in our personal relationship and business lives. Simply put, "How Yoga Works" offers the opportunity for great transformation.
