Great set of Bogie's WB years. If you want to see his rise to fame watch the films in order of release and enjoy. You can see the change from "They Drive By Night" and "High Sierra", the former has Bogie in a supporting role and the latter in the starring role. The African Queen was a Paramount Pictures release therefore not on this set.

This was almost the perfect set, but instead a manufacturing error has left off the movie "Treasure of the Sierra Madre" and replaced it with the movie-less disc from its original DVD release - something WB Customer Service did not acknowledge when I contacted them.
There are still 23 fantastic films on this set, but it's heart-breaking to find that it's missing one of Bogart's best.

I am a big fan of Bogart. Buying this collection was an excellent opportunity to acquire most of his movies before I bought them all individually. Many I have never seen before. It is missing some of his movies that were non-Warner Brothers. I also found the video quality very grainy. I have only viewed the first two DVD's so maybe it's just the early films and the digital process that caused that. I don't know. But I am over all please with the collection.

Missing a classic
This was a gift for my husband, a huge bogart fan. I was surprised to find that "The African Queen" was missing from the collection.
