Great Baby Book!,
By
This review is from: I Love Colors (Board book)
Babies LOVE books that have pictures of other babies' faces. And in terms of baby face books, Margaret Miller's are the BEST. There are some other popular ones, but they often photoshop the babies so it looks like they're wearing make-up - weird. Miller's books always feature clear, close-up photographs of natural, cute babies. The perfect thing to engage your little one!"I Love Colours" features a beautiful close-up of a baby face and a brightly coloured page on each spread. Babies are shown with purple glasses, an orange flower, a yellow boa, etc. My baby is 8 months old now, and she loves this. We've been reading Miller's books with her since she was about 3 months, and she's always found them very engaging. As a children's librarian and a mom, I highly recommend this!

First book that was recognized,
By A Customer
This review is from: I Love Colors (Board book)
My daughter received this book at birth. It's the first book in which she showed interest...early on, maybe at 6 weeks! She loved the Red Bow page best with it's big smiling baby. Next, at about 5 months, she would flip the book over again and again when we would reach the end. She's now 13 months and still loves it. Now she points to the words as we go through. Worth every penny! Simple, bright and fun for the littlest bookworms.

Terrible Color Rendition, Bores Children,
By
This review is from: I Love Colors (Board book)
This book only needed to use bright colors and funny/cute faces to keep a baby's interest. Color rendition is poor, and while the baby pictures may be ok, what I understand the intended effect of this book to be isn't achieved...Baby always closes it and goes to something else.I wouldn't recommend a buy of this book if it were only [$] and the shipping free!
