Slick and smart writing for the sarcastic nerd-set...too bad Canada cant' get access to this kind of quality in a timely manner. This series came out more than two years ago in the UK, and even produced a second season in 2007 - yet you'd be hard-pressed to be able to find the DVD. If you see it, grab it!

This is an amazing show. Its a show about a new manage joining a department she is quite under qualified to run, the IT group. Actually, most characters we see, except for the IT guys, are under qualified for their positions.

The show is for both the technically challenged but also for the people who make up the IT workforce. There are 2 seasons in the bag with 7 new episodes playing now in the UK (first one on the 21st of November 2008). If you can snap up a copy of Season 1, 2 or 3 after its finished.. do!

There is a US version coming mid-season of 2008 (January 2009?). The US version brings Richard Ayoade (Moss) to the US version. It is supposed to be a very different type of show and characters, and may tint the UK series if not done properly. The UK version will always be the original and best!

Its a british comedy, its got to be great!

Series about an IT department in a generic large company. Very British humour; no techie in-jokes for the technically challenged, more about their ineptitude in dealing with the outside world. If you have ever had to deal with IT people before, this will have you rolling on the floor with laughter!
