A psychiatrist who thinks it's important to be kind to his patients! I like this author's approach to life, his simple take on important problems. This book is all about self-esteem, and according to André pretty much everything affects self-esteem, so even if you don't think you have self-esteem issues, you will probably find something of value in this self-help book. From accepting who you are and the facts of your life, to simple meditation exercises, there are great analyses of common problems people have and how to deal with them. I borrowed this book from the library and am seriously considering buying my won copy so I can refer to it as needed.
