The Ice Road Truckers return to Alaska, hauling their biggest loads ever across the most dangerous terrain they've faced. The drivers will tackle frozen rivers and swamps out beyond the Dalton Highway, hauling supplies to some of the most remote towns of the Great White North. Reigning king Jack Jesse looks to defend his title, and Lisa Kelly, one of the only woman truckers on the haul road, fights to prove herself in the male-dominated profession. Rookie Ray Veilleux, who recently lost his business in the lower 48, has come north to run the road and keep his struggling family afloat. And, continuing their decades-long rivalry, veteran drivers Hugh Rowland and Alex Debogorski are back racing neck and neck. The stakes are high as the dash for cash is on again.

excellent show good dvd no trouble excellent company to deal with hope this relationship carries on as the Walt Disney club did not even though i was paid up in one year and had 3 year contract but found them to be hard to deal with and not very polite when you called about there mistake they like if you make one but not them very saucy people working for them would not renew contract

Have really enjoyed this series and have shared them with family and friends who have also enjoyed and watched two and three times over. My son worked and lived in Yellowknife and knew and worked with Alex Debegorski.

The video quality is up to full HD quality, MUCH MUCH better than Deadliest Catch. All of the aerial footage are awesome, full HD quality.
The footage taken at stations and certain fixed locations are also full HD. The rest video quality is OK.
But, the subjects and actions inside every day driving are very poor. You hear same words, same dialogues, watch the same things over and over.
4 star is only for the video quality. The rest is not so entertaining.

My husband and I watched the whole season, but he likes the series. My daughter gave him the first three as Christmas presents and we just added the fourth when Im saw it was avaiable. If you have not watch the show, I recommend it. Just don't want to do there job. More power to them.

Good show to watch. Sometimes too much made-up drama. It was great at the beginning, but it seems like some of the situations are now enhanced for tv.
