I'll Remember You ( Silhouette Intimate Moments#972)by Barbara Ankrum Barbara Ankrum lights up December Intimate Moments with a fiery blaze of passion in I'LL REMEMBER YOU (4.5). When a beautiful doctor almost runs down an injured stranger, she little expects to find herself on the run with him. Amnesia has caused him to forget just exactly why the bad guys are after them. Although there are a few detail inaccuracies, Ms. Ankrum more than compensates with a fresh take on a favorite plot brimming with sizzling sensuality and a to-die-for hero.

fantastic story...characters believable and really pull you in, emotional power awesome, senses incredible! As usual, Ms. Ankrum reminds us of why we read romance...to feel/be that heroine and have that warrior be YOUR hero. "Jack" is a terrific hero, truly a woman's strong/silent yet feeling and compassionate dream and Tess is such a real person whose life has ups and downs, happy times and disappointments/sadness that a real live person (not two dimensional) person would have. Then add in the suspense of trying to figure out who and why thugs are after "Jack"...well, you've got to read this to find out! Definitely a recommend to anyone who loves something more than cardboard romance!

I love this writer's style! Her characters were so real to me I didn't want it to end. If you want a true romance with suspense and a hero and heroine who REALLY talk to one another -- this book is for you! Truly, I couldn't put it down and I did something I haven't done in a long time -- cuddled up on the couch with a few Oreos and read the whole day. Loved it, loved it, loved it!

This is a great book -- I started it late at night and intended to read only a few pages, but I couldn't put it down! It's got a warm, intelligent heroine, a sexy hunk of a hero and an smartly crafted mystery at the center just to make things interesting.
