The initial product shipped was incorrect, but express shipping was used to send the correct one. Top notch customer service. The shipping was really fast and the fan is what I hoped. It is portable and works well as background noise for sleep.

very noisy even on lowest setting, but does work good, hoping to get use to the noise:( I bought with e-gift certificates so it was basically free, Im glad I did not spend money out of pocket to buy this
