About the Author
Ashok Wahi, creator and coauthor has studied and practiced yoga for over 15 years, benefiting in all aspects of his life. This book is the first of a series stressing practical uses for yoga in everyday life. With a Masters in Operations Research, he is currently the Principal in his consulting engineering firm, Princeton Design Group, Inc in Hillsborough, NJ.
Stefani Pappas, senior yoga teacher and co-author: B.A.,C.M.Th., R.Y.T-is a Nationally Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher. as well as ordained Interfaith Minister. She learned to play golf and now enjoys combining yoga techniques with her game.
Megan O'Malley, yoga instructor and co-author. Inspired by the physical and emotional benefits of yoga, she became a Certified Yoga Instructor. Megan has her B.S. in Biology and her Masters in Physics. She worked for 12 years as a physicist-researcher with Bell Laboratories.
