5.0 out of 5 stars Book Loaded With Author's Favorite Family Recipes May 4 2012
By S. K. Norman - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I found the title of this book to be misleading. I interpreted it to be a book about how to create my own family recipe book. However, it is actually a book chocked full of yummy recipes instead. Categories include: appetizers, breads, beverages, side dishes, vegetables, main dishes, desserts, etc. You'll find old standard recipes, as well as many contemporaries. The publisher describes the book as "the only recipe book you'll ever need," and I would say that statement is definitely on target due to the volume and variety of quality recipes included. It is very easy to navigate on KINDLE and is laid out in a very professional, user friendly format. I'm very glad to have stumbled across this gem!

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome cookbook! May 5 2012

One of the best free cookbooks i've found so far. Lots of good recipes in every category! Can't wait to try out the strawberry banana cream pie.
I haven't seen any place in the book to create your own cookbook as the title suggests, but i'm not finished going through the entire book yet...even if there is no place to create my own, I don't mind, all the terrific recipes is enough!
If you bought a hardcover cookbook of this type it certainly wouldn't be cheap and it sure wouldn't be free!

Used it on my Kindle Fire for about a year. Kept on the Kindle for the new owner when I sold it.
